art for arts sake-no

art therapy of late is getting rave reviews and why is another form of therapy for so many issues or even just for fun.

the idea is that you can self express youre feelings,and help to manage behaviours,reduce stress,improve self esteem and awareness.

it allows communication for people who may not be able to find the words to describe how they are feeling,it is good for children too and it does not cost a lot of money and obviously there is no medication to take for art therapy-give it a try
